FEMM (Fertility Education and Medical Management) is a researched based approach that educates women on how to identify their hormone shifts using biomarkers and LH strip testing.

Marquette

Marquette Method involves the use of a ClearBlue or Mira fertility monitor. This reads your estrogen, LH and/or progesterone levels on a daily basis.
